Live a Life

I'm different.

I'd rather follow my passion than follow the crowd.

I'd rather be respected than be popular.

I'd rather do what's right than do what's convenient.

I don't have time for negativity.

I'm positive. I embrace my uniqueness. 

I make the people around me better while they do the same.

I don't always need to be right but I always need to be real.

When Life Hits You

When life hits you, life can't work for you if you don't show up as you.

When life hits you, you can fool the world, but you can't fool your heart.

When life hits you, hold your head up high and have faith that life will work out.

When life hits you, you take lessons: on humility, on patience, on hope, on asking others for help, 

on listening to God, on trying again and again and again.

And so I wait. I wait for time to heal the pain and raise me up once again.

So that I can start a new path, my own path, the one that will make me whole again.

I may be weak, but I'm strong with God. 

I stand kneel and let go. 

Let God take over...
